Project Description:

New Central Los Angeles Middle School #3, located on the northeast block of the intersections of Vermont Ave. and 6th Street adjacent to an urban housing development in a commercial area of Central Los Angeles. The campus on a 2.6 acres site, approximately 92,306 sf. consists of two Small Learning Communities with shared facilities such as a library, multipurpose room, cafeteria, gymnasium, grass playground and roof-top athletic facilities built over a single-level underground parking structure.
