The existing south terminal was remodeled for use as a passenger screening checkpoint. The engineering services covered were conceptual design, schematic design, design development, construction documents, assistance to the City during bidding and negotiation, and project administration and management phases.

These documents incorporated sustainable design principles and applicable EIR mitigation measures.
