Description

The Soto Capital LP intends to construct a five-story mixed-use development with commercial and residential uses with one (1) level of subterranean parking and one level of parking at mess level. The 45,268 square feet site covers three lots totaling 1.04 acres. The proposed project includes, 93 apartment units, approximately 6,720 square feet of restaurant and café uses, approximately 4,708 square feet of live/work use, and approximately 27,840 square feet of retail uses. The off-site improvements include intersection modifications and a traffic median island along West Knoll Drive which includes ADA access and a Main Sewer Realignment located within the site.
