Description

The WLA Medical Center conceived this $4.4M project to provide increased clinical (primary care) service access in a high-member community. Secondarily, this facility may allow some demand to off-load from the Inglewood Medical Office Building about three miles to the west. Demand for services is in excess of the proposed program for the building. The site is an urban, approx. 38,886 square foot commercial corner lot located on Manchester Boulevard and Denker in South Los Angeles. The property presently includes a 7,770 gross square foot (gsf) commercial building. The existing building is slated for demolition to make way for the new 14,219 building gross square foot (bgsf) building.
