Description

The 8.35 acres site with an existing 175,790 square feet tilt-up building was reconstructed for a new industrial-use building. Portions of the building were reconstructed so that trucks would be able to maneuver and dock at new loading areas. In addition, new service utilities had to be upgraded due to the changed building use.
