Description

VCA Engineers provided structural engineering and seismic evaluation services for this project.  The seismic evaluation included a report with findings and recommendations to seismically retrofit the 3-storey concrete shear wall building which was built in 1917.  VCA’s scheme was based on the latest Standard ASCE 41-06 “Seismic Rehabilitation of Existing Buildings” and using state of the art 3-D computer modeling.
