Description

City of Los Angeles intends to improve both onsite and offsite of the 870,000 square feet Convention Expansion Project. Onsite Improvements will include: demolition of existing site structures and pavement, grading for drainage and accessibility of the site, new utility connections for sanitary sewer, potable and fire water and storm water management for low impact development (LID). Offsite improvements include complete B-Permit Plans along Figueroa Street from Chick Hearn Ct. to just South of Pico Blvd., Pico Blvd. between Figueroa and LA Live Way and the southerly portions along Chick Hearn Ct.
